Edition details from Google's Gemini Enterprise documentation, September 2026. Pay-as-you-go is rolling out gradually and currently available to a limited group of customers.
Not sure which one fits? That's the most common answer, and it's what the first call is for.
Most Gemini Enterprise projects begin the same way: the licences get approved, a handful of enthusiastic people try it, and ninety days later the usage report is thin. The problem is rarely the licence itself — it's the low sustained usage that makes the value hard to demonstrate when renewal comes around.
How it works
Gemini Enterprise is Google Cloud's agent and enterprise search layer — not the Gemini assistant bundled into Google Workspace. It connects to the systems your company already runs, lets employees ask questions across them under existing permissions, and lets teams build no-code agents on top.
This is usually the first question, and the answer is straightforward: Gemini Enterprise connects to SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID. Your data stays where it is, your permissions stay as they are, and there is no migration to Google Workspace.
This is not a Microsoft-or-Google decision. Copilot works inside Word and Excel. Gemini Enterprise works across systems: search, connectors, agents, and one place to govern them all. Most organisations we talk to end up running both.
Why Aliz
That gap between seats sold and seats used is where a partner earns its place.
We've been on Google Cloud for fifteen years. Partner since 2010, Partner of the Year 2023 for the Alps/CEE region, among the first global partners with the Generative AI Specialisation, and holders of the Gemini Enterprise Advanced Competency. We are not learning the platform on your time.
We move at pilot speed. First call to a scoped, costed answer in a week.
Not a portfolio of pilots. We pick the process closest to working, put it into production, and set an adoption baseline you can measure against at renewal.
DACH and CEE delivery from European offices, quotes in EUR, and a named person who answers.
If you only want the licences and the right edition, that's a complete conversation. The rest is there when you want it.
Proof
Two Gemini Enterprise builds running in production today.
Group audit across a dozen operating companies, with one Gemini Enterprise tenant per country. Auditors work in ordinary Gemini Enterprise chat; a pipeline reads each session, strips personal data with Gemini Flash and indexes the summary, so the next auditor's question surfaces a colleague's past engagement from another market. No librarian, no curation backlog, and no personal data crossing a border.
Financial planning on Gemini Enterprise: instead of rebuilding the same numbers by hand, the team asks the question and gets a source-cited answer from a governed data domain.
What happens next
Within one business day a Gemini Enterprise specialist replies — a named person, not a queue.
A 30-minute call: your seat count, your current stack, which edition fits, and what the usage line will realistically cost.
A written quote in EUR covering licences, and rollout only if you want it.
No obligation, and no requirement to buy services alongside the licences.
FAQ
Yes. Google supports purchasing Business, Standard and Plus editions through a Google Cloud partner, either as a private offer or against your existing Google Cloud commitment.
No. You get the same product, quoted in EUR, with edition and usage sizing done before you commit.
Gemini in Workspace is the assistant inside Docs, Gmail and Meet. Gemini Enterprise is a separate Google Cloud platform for enterprise search and agents across all your systems, including Microsoft ones.
Yes — SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams and Entra ID connectors, with no migration to Google Workspace required.
Both are available. Annual commitment and monthly terms are priced differently, and which one makes sense depends on your rollout plan. We walk through both in the quote.
Google offers a 30-day trial. You can start the Business edition yourself; for Standard or Plus we can set it up with you and help you decide where to begin.
No. Gemini Enterprise bills compute and usage separately to your linked Google Cloud account, and this is the line that surprises people — someone using agents heavily costs meaningfully more per month than an occasional user. We size both lines in the quote.
